2018 VW Amarok Review of New Generation

Last year’s changes brought this pickup truck and something new when it comes to drive units. VW Amarok got a 3.0 L V6 TDI engine. With a new drive unit, this pickup has 161 horsepower and comes with a manual transmission in standard tune. The much stronger version has 220 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque. And then, it comes to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

2018 VW Amarok is available from September 2016. It starts at € 25,720 in Germany, which translates to $ 28,850 at current exchange rates. Changes in the price of the model were mostly due to changes in the interior of the vehicle.
